The preboarding process

This functionality requires your organization to be interfaced to Transition Management. For information on how to configure your organization to interface with Transition Management, see the Infor HR Talent Integrations Library.

  1. When the candidate who was extended an offer accepts the offer, the preboarding process is triggered automatically.
  2. When the process is triggered, the candidate receives an email invitation to complete the preboarding program. The email includes a link to the preboarding program and log-in credentials.
  3. The candidate accesses the program and completes the preboarding tasks. Depending on your organization's configuration, tasks can include the reviewing and acknowledging or signing information about company policies, completing forms, or providing authorization to the organization to perform screenings such as background checks. While the program is in progress, the recruiter can view the status of the program. Depending on the organization's configuration, the recruiter may receive notifications when tasks are nearing their due dates or when they are past due.
  4. When the candidate has completed the program, an email notification is sent to any role that was configured to receive the notification. If the candidate added or modified personal information during the tour, then the changes are reflected on the candidate profile.
