Accessing the system-generated resume template

Administrators can view system-generated resume templates. A template is delivered for system generated resumes to represent a real-life example of a candidate resume. The delivered system generated resume template that displays on the Requisitions page on the Resumes tab in a panel for candidates. The system-generated resume contains the following information:
  • Candidate information such as these items:
    • Candidate first and last name
    • Candidate mailing address
    • Candidate email address
    • Candidate preferred phone number
  • Employment history section
  • Education history section
  • Credentials section
  • Achievements section
  • Competencies and skills section
Within the system-generated resume, if no data exists for one of the sections. For example, no employment history exists, the section header still displays but with no data values.

The delivered template is used to generate a resume when a candidate does not have one attached. The XML files contains variables that are populated with information from the candidate talent profile such as candidate name, email, education history, etc. so that the system generated resume can be displayed.

When a template is loaded, a user template record is created on the User Templates list screen.

The templates that are available to load:

  • CandidateResumeEmploymentSection
  1. Select Utilities > Delivered Content > User Template Delivered Content.
  2. Select the Load button that corresponds to each user template.
