Setting a default offer letter template for a position

Administrators and recruiter administrators can set a default offer letter template for a position. The offer letter template is selected by default when creating a new requisition for a position. When a default offer letter is specified, users don't have to select an offer letter template when they define offers.
  1. Select Setup > Jobs and Positions > Positions.
  2. Double-click a position to drill-down to the details.
  3. Scroll down to the Talent Acquisition section.
  4. In the Offer Letter Template field, select an offer letter template. This list only shows active templates. Ensure that the template selected has paragraphs assigned or an error occurs. The offer letter template description populates as read-only based on the template selected.
