Activating or inactivating recruiters

The only field you can modify on a recruiter is the Active status. Any changes to addresses, phone numbers, emails, and so on must be done on the resource record.

When a recruiter is inactivated, the recruiter cannot be associated with a new requisition, but existing associations with requisitions remain valid until you change them.

To activate or inactivate a recruiter

  1. Access Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Recruiter Setup.
  2. Click the Active field for the recruiter record you want to inactivate.
  3. Select Yes to activate or No to inactivate, and click Save
  4. Specify the effective date and click OK.
