Sending multiple resumes with one e-mail

This functionality exists only if your organization uses Talemetry resume parsing and the Send HTML Resumes Via Email check box is selected on your organization configuration's Profile Parsing tab.

  1. Sign in as Recruiter and select Requisitions. Hiring managers can sign in as Manager and select Acquire Talent > Requisitions.
  2. Click the All tab for the requisition that you want to work on.

    If the feature is enabled on the organization configuration form, the Mark Selected Resumes and Unmark Selected Resumes actions are displayed on the All tab.

  3. Select the job applicants whose resumes you want to send, and click Mark Selected Resumes. The Send Selected Resumes action appears. The job applicants must have a primary resume attached to be selected.
  4. Click Send Selected Resumes.
  5. Specify this information:
    To

    Specify the actual e-mail of the person you are sending the e-mail to. You can send the e-mail to only one person.

    Subject

    Specify the subject of the email.

    Message

    Specify the body of the email.

  6. Click OK.

    The e-mail is sent. The recipient sees all the resumes, one below the other, in HTML format.
