Additional setup for internal candidates

Additional steps are required to make internal job postings available to internal candidates:

  • Making a security change for the internal candidate by assigning the Candidate_ST security role to the actor
  • Manually looking up the candidate number so that you can then use that candidate number when linking the candidate agent to the actor
  • Linking the candidate agent to the actor.
Note: Use the Configuration Console to complete these steps.

This process is applied one employee at a time. These steps can be performed by administrators who have access to security tasks.
