Configuring sharing options for a job posting in existing external and third-party job boards

Administrators can select one or more sharing options for a job posting in existing external and third-party job boards.

  1. Enable a configurable job application.
  2. To configure sharing options for a job posting in existing external and third-party job boards, enable the Candidate Experience in an organization for job board configuration by selecting the Enable Jobs Web Application check box.
  3. Open an existing external or third-party job board with Candidate Experience:
    1. Sign in as Administrator.
    2. Select Talent Acquisition > Code Setup > Job Boards.
    3. Select an existing external or third-party job board.
    4. Click Open.
  4. Configure the sharing options for a job posting in an existing external or third-party job board with Candidate Experience:
    1. Select an effective date of the existing job board.
    2. Select the Active and the Uses Job Web Applications check boxes.
    3. Select one or more sharing options for a job posting that are available to candidates in the Sharing Options pane:
      • Facebook: Share the job posting to friends in Facebook.
      • Twitter: Share the job posting to followers in Twitter.
      • Mail: Share and send the job posting in email.
      • Copy Link: Copy and paste the URL of the job posting.

      All sharing options for a job posting are selected by default.

    4. Click Save.
