Using employment contracts as job offers

Your organization can extend job offers using Legacy Employment Contracts instead of the Request Offer Review process. For example, you can extend an offer by mail or email for the candidate to sign. If your organization uses Legacy Employment Contracts, then the employment contract can be used as the job offer.

  1. Define the offer and create the offer documents.
  2. Send the employment contract to the candidate by email or regular mail.
  3. Mark the offer as Extended.
  4. After the candidate responds, mark the offer as Accepted or Declined.
