Maintaining a resource's succession information

Use this procedure to maintain a resource's information for succession purposes.

  1. Sign in as Administrator or Generalist.
  2. Select Succession > Manage Resources.
  3. Open a resource record.
  4. On the At A Glance tab, you can modify the Performance, Potential, Retention Risk, Key Strengths, and Areas of Opportunity values.
    Note: The Preferences section is usually maintained by the resource, but can be updated here.
  5. Click Save.
