Succession information for a resource

In Manage Resources, you can access a variety of succession information for a resource. This information is useful in calibration meetings when managers are determining successors for a position or evaluating a resource.

  • Basic resource information: Current position, location, current manager, years with organization, potential, performance, strengths, areas of opportunity, retention risk.
  • Succession plan for the resource: Includes talent pools and position-based succession pools
