Adding retention reasons

Use this procedure to create retention reasons for your organizations. These reasons are used in conjunction with the retention risk indicator to identify those resources that are at risk for leaving your organization.

  1. Select Set Up > Succession > Retention Reasons.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:.
    Effective Date
    Select the date on which this retention reason is available for use.
    Retention Reason
    Specify an identifier for this retention reason.
    Description
    Provide a description for this retention reason.
  4. Click Save.
