Working with observations for which input was requested

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Observation Log.
  3. On the Input Requested tab, select a record.
    Optionally, click Search to display filter fields in the column headers to assist in locating the record.
  4. Optionally, open the record to view details, notes, and attachments for the observation.
    Observation records cannot be edited. Click the browser Back button to return to the In Review tab.
