Viewing the COVID-19 Log

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Reports > Safety Reports > COVID-19 Log.
  3. Click the Full Log tab to view or print complete information including employee names.
  4. On the Full Log tab, highlight an establishment on the COVID-19 Full Log pane.
    A list of the establishment’s COVID-19-affected employees is displayed on the bottom pane.
  5. Click the Masked Log tab to view or print information that omits personally identifying details for employees who are COVID-19 positive.
  6. On the Masked Log tab, highlight an establishment on the COVID-19 Masked Log pane.
    A list of the establishment’s COVID-19-affected employees is displayed on the bottom pane. The list omits employee names.
  7. On the Full Log or Masked Log tab, click a row on the top or bottom pane to view details. You can click Create COVID-19 Incident to initiate an observation. See Creating a COVID-19 safety observation (administrator).
  8. On the Full Log or Masked Log tab, scroll to the bottom of the log to view an instance count of employee incidents. This count shows how many employees have tested positive for COVID-19 in the establishment selected.
