Assigning OSHA report templates to an organization

Before performing this task, create a library of .Rtf and .Pdf templates so that they are available to all organizations that you maintain.

If you maintain multiple organizations, then perform this task for each organization.
  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Organization Configuration.
    The Organizations page is displayed.
  3. Open the organization.
  4. Click the OSHA Report Templates tab.
  5. Select a template for one of the reports listed on the RTF pane.
    Click the Select icon in the corresponding field to display a list of templates that were previously uploaded. Select a template for this report and click Ok. This is the template that is used if a user in this organization selects .Rtf output for this report.

    .Rtf output is available for the 300A, 301 and 300 reports.

  6. Select a template for one of the reports listed on the PDF pane.
    Click the Select icon in the corresponding field to display a list of templates that were previously uploaded. Select a template for this report and click Ok. This is the template that is used if a user in this organization selects .Pdf output for this report.

    .Pdf output is available for the 300A and 301 reports only.

  7. Click Save.
    The templates are available for user selection during report generation.
