Assigning additional locations for a facility safety manager

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Locations > Location Managers.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Complete the Location field by selecting the location to add.
  5. Complete the Location Manager field by selecting the person to assign to this location.
  6. Select the Safety check box in the Access Type pane.
  7. Click Save.

    On the record for the location manager, an Other Locations tab is displayed. You can add more locations on that tab.
