Creating follow-up-task templates

Perform this task to create a group of related follow-up tasks that can be assigned to a template.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Safety > Incident Follow up > Follow Up Task Template.
    The Follow Up Task Templates page is displayed.
  3. Select Create.
  4. Type a name and description for the template.
  5. Click Save.
    The Components pane is displayed.
  6. Click the Helper List action.
    This action is sometimes located within More Actions (ellipsis).
    The Follow Up Tasks page is displayed.
  7. Select the check boxes for all tasks to include in the template.
  8. Click Attach To Template.
    The selected tasks are displayed in the Components pane.
  9. To re-sequence tasks, click the New Display Sequence column for a task and specify the new order number.
    Click another row to remove focus. The reordered row has a pending-change indicator.
  10. Click Save.
    The new display sequence, if any, is displayed in the Components pane.
    The template is listed on the page. The template is available for assignment to employees on incident records.
