Creating follow-up tasks

Perform this task to add a new option to the list of follow-up tasks that can be assigned on an incident record.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Safety > Incident Follow up > Follow Up Tasks.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Description
    Specify a short name for the follow-up task.
    Development Activity
    Specify the name of the development activity to assign as a follow-up task. For example, Attend training class.
    Note: Your administrator can use the Employee Development setting to configure the source of the activities that are offered in this field. See the Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide.
    Occupational Health Component
    Specify the name of the Occupational Health component to assign as a follow-up task. For example, Get blood tested.
    Summary
    Add a detailed description of the follow-up task.
  5. Click Save.
    The follow-up task is available for assignment to employees on incident records.
