into incidents. Completed observations were generated into incidents and
processed.

Sign in as Health & Safety Management.

Select .

On the History tab, select a record.

Optionally, open the record to view details, notes, and
attachments for the observation.
If the
Observation Type is
Safety Incident, then the record can be
reopened.

Near-miss incidents
cannot be reopened.
Click the browser Back button to return to the Active tab.
