Creating exception time rules and offset pay codes

  1. Select Time Administrator > Exception Time > Exception Time Rules.
  2. Under exception time rules, click Create.
  3. Select an eligibility group if applicable. If this is left blank, the exception time rule is applied to all work assignments that do not meet the criteria for a different eligibility group. Do not select the same eligibility group for more than one exception time rule.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Under exception time pay codes, select Create.
  6. Select an offset pay code to associate with the exception time rule.
  7. Click Save.
