Adding credentials

  1. Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
  2. Open the resource to update.
  3. Click the Talent Profile tab.
  4. In the Credentials section, click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the effective date.
    Credential
    Select the credential.
    Credential Number
    Specify the credential number.
    Digital ID
    Specify the digital ID.
    Original Credential Date
    Specify the date when the credential was originally earned.
    Most Recent Renewal
    Specify the date when the credential was last renewed.
    Expiration Date
    Specify the credential expiration date.
    Expiration Notice Sent
    Specify the date when the credential expiration notice was sent.
    Completed
    Select this check box if the credential no longer needs to be renewed or expired.
    Validated
    Specify the date when the credential was validated and specify the validation date.
    Credential Source
    Specify the credential source.
    Organization Sponsored
    Select this option if the credential is sponsored by the organization.
    Attachment
    Add attachment and provide file description. Click Historical Documents to view the list of all documents that are associated with this credential.
    Comments
    Provide comments.
  6. Click Save.
