Standard time records

Time records can be created by running an action for a specific standard hours schedule or by using a set action that selects all active standard hours schedules. Time records can be created for all active schedules or for a specific schedule.

  • Time Entry must be enabled.

  • Active Standard Hours Schedule attached to Work Schedules. Work Schedule is attached to Work Assignments.

  • Pay Code and Eligibility Group are assigned to Standard Hours Schedule.

  • Hours must be defined for Standard Hours Schedule.

  • Work Assignment is active and meets the criteria of the eligibility group on the Standard Hours Schedule.

  • Payment Schedules exist on Work Assignments. Work Assignment pay frequency matches payment schedule frequency.

  • Pay periods must exist for time record dates that are being created or an error occurs.
