Creating Time Entry approval service definitions

  1. Select Process Server Administrator > Configuration > Service Definitions.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify Service name as TimeEntryApproval.
  4. Specify a description.
  5. Specify Criteria as HROrganization and PaymentSchedule.
  6. Attach TimeEntryApproval process definition under Processes.
  7. Assign these values under Variables:

    • Employee

    • EmployeeEmail

    • EmployeeName

    • EmployeePayPeriod

    • HROrganization

    • HoursNeedingApproval

    • PayPeriodBegin

    • PayPeriodEnd

    • PaymentSchedule

    • Supervisor

    • SupervisorEmail

    • TotalPayPeriodHours

    • WorkAssignment

  8. Click Save.
