Updating or deleting dependent information

  1. Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
  2. Open the record of the resource for which to update a dependent.
  3. Click the Personal Information tab.
  4. In the Dependents and Beneficiaries section, update or delete the dependent:
    • To delete a dependent, highlight the dependent, click Delete, click Yes to confirm, specify the effective date, and click OK.

    • To update a dependent's general or contact information, open the dependent's record, specify the effective date of the changes, specify your changes on the Main or Contact Information tab, and click Save.

    • To update a dependent's identification information, click the Personal Information tab, in the Identification Numbers section, open the identification record, specify the effective date, specify your changes, and click Save.

    • To delete a dependent's identification record, click the Personal Information tab, in the Identification Numbers section, highlight the identification record, click Delete, specify the effective date, click OK, and then click Yes to confirm.
