Creating work schedules

Work schedules describe the actual work hours. For example, the night shift, or Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. A work schedule can be assigned to a position or work assignment.

Note:

If User Guide is enabled for the organization, you can specify the days of the week that time off requests are valid for a work schedule. Days selected on the work schedule that is assigned to an employee override the absence-plan-level week and day time-off options. See User Guide.
