Education records

Education refers to formal education in an accredited institution of learning.

Education records can also be imported during the recruiting process as part of the candidate's profile. Employees and managers can add education records to an employee's talent profile.

• To receive notifications when an employee, manager, or administrator performs education-related actions, set up email automation for these actions.

• If you want action reasons to be specified, you must define reason codes for these subjects:

  HCMActionRequestQualification	Use for all actions except Cancel actions.
  HCMQualificationCancel	Use for the Cancel Request To Complete Education action.

You can add or update an education, validate an education, complete an education, or cancel a request to complete an education.
