Updating competencies and skills

You can update the proficiency level of a skill or credential and change the renewal dates of a skill by using the Update Competency Proficiency or Update Skill Proficiency button. If your organization uses email notifications, a different email template may be used for each of the action buttons. It is important to use the correct action so that the appropriate email is sent.

  1. Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
  2. Open the resource, and click the Talent Profile tab.
  3. Open the competency or skill, update it, and click Save.
