Payroll cycle records

A list of searchable payment schedules and employees in each payroll cycle is displayed on the Payroll Cycle tab.

After you lock a payroll, you can view or search the list of employees for a payment schedule to see the data for employees' time records and payments. If any errors are created by locking payroll, then those errors are displayed in the Time Record Errors and Payment Calculation Errors panels.

For each active payment schedule, this payroll information is displayed:

  • Employees In Cycle: Shows employees with time records in the payroll cycle record.

    If there are employees with time records in the payroll cycle record, then the total hours, total units, total amount, and currency of the employee time records are displayed in the Employees In Cycle tab.

  • TaxLocator Errors: Shows the specific location of tax-related errors.
  • Statuses of payroll cycle process: Shows the status of the Calculate Overtime, Calculate Payments, Print Payments, and Close Payroll processes.
  • Payment Schedule lock icon: Shows a lock icon to a payment schedule that is locked.

    To see the time and date of a payment schedule that is locked, move the pointer over the lock icon.
