Manually creating employee tip records

  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Tips Processing > Employee Tips.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Employment ID
    Select the Employment ID of the resource to create an employee tip record for.
    Record Date
    Select the record date or leave at the current date.
    Organization Unit
    Optionally, select the employee's organization unit.
    Shift
    Optionally, select the employee's shift.
    Pay Summary Group
    Select the pay summary group.
    Work Assignment
    Select the employee's work assignment.
    Hours
    Specify the amount of hours worked if you did not specify the reported tips amount.
    Reported Tips Amount
    Specify the reported tips amount if you did not specify the amount of hours worked.
