Deleting a Pay Rate Change Record

A pay rate change record can only be deleted if no time records are associated with it.

Pay rate change records with a status of Not Processed and or On Hold can be deleted.

Use this procedure to delete a pay change record:

  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Time Record Processing > Retroactive Time Record Changes > Retroactive Employee Pay Changes.
  2. On the Not Processed or On Hold tab, select the record and click Delete.
  3. Click OK.
