Setting up employee configurable fields to override locations for current employment statistics

Before generating the Current Employment Statistics report, you can configure fields to override an employee location. For example, an employee works throughout the state without a specific division or home location. You can assign a division override for that employee to be reported in a statewide capacity.

  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Regulatory Reporting > Current Employment Statistics Reporting > Employee Configurable Fields.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Employment ID
    Specify the employment ID for the resource.
    Division Override
    Specify the division for the resource.
  4. Click Save.
    The Name field is filled with the name that is associated with the employment ID .
