Updating an employee's Payroll Recurring Time Record field

  1. Select Payroll Administrator > Time Record Processing > Recurring Time Records.
  2. Select an employee recurring time record.
  3. In the Employee Values section, click Update.
  4. Specify an effective date.
  5. In the Payroll Recurring Time Record field, select a new value.
  6. Click OK.
    The new field value is saved to the employee's resource record and is displayed in the Employee Values section.
