Lock Payroll
You can use the action to prevent changes in current cycle time records and disable these time record actions:
- Calculating overtime
- Releasing batches of time records to current status
- Mass moving time records
- Moving time records that are in or from current status
- Creating time records that are in current status
- Deleting time records that are in current status
- Updating time records that are in current status
You can prevent errors in the payroll cycle by locking a payroll.
