Bank setup

Bank accounts and bank codes must be defined in Infor HR Talent HR Payroll before you can process payroll payments.

Each bank account that the HR organization uses for payroll payments must be defined in HR Payroll.

If the organization uses a single bank account for all payroll payments, then that account can be defined as the main bank account. If the organization uses a separate account for direct deposits, then a direct deposit account can be defined.

You can also choose to define bank information in the organization unit. If there is no bank code specified in the organization unit, the bank code that is defined in the HR organization is used.
