Defining check-in sections

This section pulls check-ins for a resource into the resource's appraisal form.

  1. Select Administrator > Performance > Appraisal Forms.
  2. On the Sections tab, select Create > Create Check-In Section.
  3. Specify this information:
    Section

    Specify a short and long description for the section. The long description is displayed on the appraisal form.

    Active

    The section is active by default. Clear the check box to inactivate it.

    Instructions

    Specify instructions for the appraiser.

    Include Check-Ins

    Select this check box to include check-ins on the appraisal form.

    Include Accomplishments

    Select this check box to include accomplishments on the appraisal form.

    Include Challenges

    Select this check box to include challenges on the appraisal form.

    Include Tasks

    Select this check box to include tasks on the appraisal form.

  4. Click Save.
