Enabling employee engagement

Employee engagement dashboards provide access to several types of employee data.

To enable employee engagement for your organization, follow these steps:

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Organizations.
  2. Select your organization and open it.
  3. Click the Configuration tab.
  4. In the HR Talent Features section, select the Employee Recognition check box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Set up engagement periods.
    1. Select Employee Engagement > Home.
    2. Click Engagement Periods.
    3. Right-click an organization and select Update.
    4. Specify this information:
      Engagement Year
      Specify the year.
      Begin Date
      Specify the beginning date of the engagement period.
      End Date
      Specify the end date of the engagement period.
      Active
      Select this check box to activate the engagement period.
    5. Click Save.
    6. Click Assign Engagement Periods.
    7. Select an engagement year.
    8. Click Submit to process this action immediately or click Schedule to schedule the action to run later.
