Processing finalized appraisals on behalf of managers

  1. Select Administrator > Performance > Appraisal Maintenance.
  2. On the Ready For Review tab, select the Finalized appraisal.
  3. Take one of these actions:
    Note: These actions are also available as call-out actions on the appraisal form, or by right-clicking the appraisal record on the appraisal list.
    • To notify the resource, select All Actions > Notify Resource.

    • To update the overall rating, select All Actions > Update Overall Rating, specify a rating, and click OK.

    • To submit the appraisal to the resource for acknowledgment, select Submit (or All Actions > Submit for Acknowledgment or All Actions > Submit For Acknowledgment To Upline Manager).

    • To revert the appraisal to a status where it can be changed, select All Actions > Revert To In Progress. The appraisal returns to the Active tab.

    • To specify or update a meeting date, select All Actions > Update Meeting Date.
