Creation of resource performance appraisals

These actions occur when a resource performance appraisal is created.

  • The employee's direct manager is automatically assigned as the appraisal owner.
  • The employee's direct manager and upline manager, automatically get Inquiry, Reassign, and Assign Peer Appraisal access to the appraisal.
  • If the employee's direct manager role is vacant, the next upline manager is assigned ownership of the appraisal. On the upline manager's view, the supervisor is displayed as No resources assigned.
  • If several employees occupy the same manager role, the appraisal owner access is assigned to the employee with the lowest employment ID.
