Impact of changes to criteria sections on associated appraisal forms

After employee appraisals are generated for an appraisal form, sections that are associated with the appraisal form cannot be changed. If a criteria section is modified before generating employee appraisals that are attached to the appraisal form, the changes are reflected in the appraisal form.

Changes to these fields of a criteria section result in rebuilding the appraisal form:

• Measurement Level
• Competency Model
• Criteria Group
• Use Proficiency Statement As Response Option
• No Response Option Available On Criteria
• Include Comments For Section
• Rating Level
