Modifying appraisal forms with historical appraisals only

All the fields on an appraisal form can be modified until employee appraisals are generated for the form. When employee appraisals are generated for an appraisal form, you can only change the input period on the appraisal form for active employee appraisals. When all active employee appraisals for an appraisal form are processed and in Historical status, you can make some changes to the appraisal form. The changes apply only to future employee appraisals.

You can change some of the appraisal form rules. You can also change the schedule, including the input period, and the form appraisal text.
