Percent normalization calculation

Adjustment against the Overall Rating Score is performed at the section level.

• For each section’s score, the performance in each section is converted to a percentage. The percentage is then multiplied by the number of levels in the overall rating scale. This results in a non-weighted score expressed in terms of the overall rating scale. The individual section scores are displayed in the overall rating scale, resulting in a non-weighted score expressed in terms of the overall rating scale.
• For the appraisal form overall score, each non-weighted section is multiplied by the number of levels in the rating scale. This results in a weighted score that is expressed in terms of the overall rating scale.

  If a section has no specified weight, it is ignored in the overall calculation.
