Defining print sequences for form sections

  1. Select Administrator > Performance > Appraisal Forms.
  2. On the Forms tab, open the appraisal form.
  3. On the Form Sections tab, click in the New Print Sequence column next to the number to change, specify the new number and save. The section that you changed is moved to the line that you specified. The sections above it remain as is. The sections below it are renumbered by 1. You can specify multiple changes at once.

    For example, you have five sections in the Print Sequence. You want to move the Summary section to position 5, the heading section to position 1, and leave the others in their relative positions. In the New Print Sequence column, specify these values:

  4. Click Save.

    The sections are automatically reordered from 1 to 5 in this order:

    Print Sequence
    1 Heading
    2 Resource
    3 Goals
    4 Criteria
    5 Summary
