Defining header sections

A header is the introductory text at the beginning of a performance appraisal form.

  1. Select Administrator > Performance > Appraisal Forms.
  2. On the Sections tab, select Create > Create Header Section.
  3. Specify this information:
    Note: The Mission and Instructions texts are accessible though links on the appraisal form. Raters do not have to read the texts each time they open the form.
    Section

    Specify a short and long description for the header section. The long description displays on the appraisal form.

    Active

    The section is active by default. Clear the check box to inactivate it.

    Mission

    Specify the mission text to display in the section.

    Instructions

    Specify instructions for the appraiser.

  4. Click Save.
