Reassigning an employee appraisal as an upline manager

As an upline manager of an employee, you can always reassign their appraisals to another supervisor or to yourself. The supervisor you assign becomes the appraisal owner. You can reassign the appraisal again at any time.

Note: Performance appraisals can only be reassigned to other managers.
  1. Select Manager > Review Performance.
  2. On the My Staff tab, locate the manager for whom to reassign an appraisal.
  3. On the manager's cardview, click the Is a manager icon. A list of the manager's direct reports is displayed.
  4. Select the employee whose appraisals to reassign. A list of the employee's performance appraisals is displayed.
  5. Select the performance appraisal to reassign, and click Reassign Appraisal.
  6. Select Assign To Me to become the new owner of the appraisal or select a new appraisal owner in the New Appraisal Owner field.
  7. Click OK. The new appraisal owner is displayed in the Appraisal Owner column. You can still reassign the appraisal.
    Note: If you reassigned the appraisal to yourself, you can view the appraisal by selecting Review Performance > All Assigned to Me.
