Appraisal forms

An appraisal form consists of rules, dates, and sections.

If your form includes criteria sections, define the criteria and criteria groups to be included in the sections.

You can assign competencies and skills from positions and competency models. Ensure that every competency and skill to be assigned into the appraisal form is flagged as Appraisal Criteria and has a rating scale.

Ensure that any competency models you select are associated with the jobs or positions of the resources that use the performance appraisal. If there are any assigned responsibilities or duties in the Criteria section, the responsibilities to be included must be flagged as Appraisal Criteria on the position. If the responsibilities are weighted, you can specify weights on the jobs or positions so that the weights can default on the appraisal form.

For information on setting up jobs, positions, responsibilities, and duties, see the Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide.
