Comparing position plans

The Plan Comparisons field must be selected for any position plan to be displayed in these views.

Note: The Plan Comparisons views are generated by an analytics cube. Your administrator schedules the cube to refresh at regular intervals, which means the data you view is only as recent as the latest refresh. To see changes that you have made to position plans, you can ask the administrator to refresh or reload the cube on demand.
  1. Select Position Budget Manager > Reports > Plan Comparisons.
  2. To view plan comparisons for organization unit budgets, select By Organization Unit.
To view plan comparisons by position, select By Position.

To view plan comparisons by job, select By Job.

  3. Click the FTE, Headcount, or Salary tab to view that type of budget.
