Rebuilding your budget counts

When you activate a position plan, budget counts are automatically updated to reflect current counts. When any of the actions that trigger budget control are completed, the budget counts are also updated.

Position budget managers may add or modify budgets for active plans, and administrators can take actions that modify resource counts but do not trigger budget controls. We recommend that you rebuild the budget counts for your active position plans on a regular basis.

  1. Select Position Budget Manager > Position Plans.
  2. Select the position plan and select Build Position Plan Assigned Resources.
  3. To view the progress of the action, select My Actions and click the My Scheduled Actions tab.
