Attaching a component to a position

Perform this task to assign a component to future employees for a position.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Occupational Health > Health Component.
  3. Open the row for the component record.
  4. Click the Positions tab.
    The Positions panel displays positions to which the component is already attached.
  5. Click the Helper List action.
    You might be required to select More Actions (ellipsis) to view the action.
  6. Select the check box for one or more positions and click Attach To Health Component.
    Note: 

    Attaching components to a position does not assign it to employees who are currently in the position. The component is assigned to future employees when they move into this position.

  7. Click Close.
