Adding an organization logo

Perform this task to make your organization has a logo available for placement on health-history reports. You must have the Administrator role to perform this task.

  1. Sign in as Administrator.
  2. Select Set Up > Structure > Organizations.
  3. Open the row for the organization record that requires a logo.
  4. Click the Detail tab.
  5. In the Organization Logo field, click the icon.
  6. Select More Actions (ellipsis) > Define > Create.
  7. Complete the Description field.
  8. Click the image viewer and select Browse, then select a logo file to upload.
    Note: Because this logo might be applied in other contexts, select a logo that is appropriate for use throughout your organization.
    The image is displayed in the image viewer.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Use the preceding steps to navigate again to the Detail tab for the organization.
  11. In the Organization Logo field, click the icon and select the icon for use with the organization.
  12. Click Save.
