Health history
A health history consists of these record types:
- Health history - A list of resource-audit-history information that is made up of health records and health components
- Health profile - A collection of health records, health components, and history information for each resource record
- Correspondence - A list of all correspondence sent to resources reminding them of overdue components, appointments, and more
You can create history records for health components and health records with audit information in .pdf format. Before generating these records, you must select fields to show on the health-history reports.
