Finding expiring or expired health records

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Expiration Maintenance.
  3. Click the Expired tab to view a list of expired employee records.
    A red marker on a record indicates that the expiration date for the health record has passed. A blue marker indicates that the health record contains components that remain in Active status, for example if no expiration date was assigned.

    Optionally, you can renew or mass-renew an expired health record.

  4. Click the Expiring tab to view a list of health records that are nearing their expiration date.
